Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. If you change your mind within 20 days of receiving your order, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product and packaging must be sealed, unused, and in resalable condition.

Please note that products are returned at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage caused by courier services.

Refunds Policy

We will refund the price of the products and the standard shipping costs associated with the returned product if you:

- Cancel the order before it is dispatched from our warehouse; or

- Return any unwanted products within 20 days of your order.

Refunds will be made to the same credit card or debit card originally used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 20 days for our warehouse to process your return and refund. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
